We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and highly analytical FP&A Manager to join our team. This role partners closely with business stakeholders across various products to provide financial insights, drive gross margin performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS or software business models and thrives in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders to budget, forecast and analyze financial results with a focus on revenue, COGS, and gross margin performance.Create and maintain financial models that track key drivers impacting top-line growth and product-level profitability.Develop and deliver executive-level materials—including KPIs, dashboards, business reviews, and financial presentations—to support strategic decision-making and board-level reportingSupport month-end close by reviewing revenue and COGS variances, preparing accruals/reclasses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.Provide strategic support through capital expenditure analysis, acquisition analysis and other projects.Proactively identify opportunities to automate, enhance, and optimize financial systems and processes, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and data accuracyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A within a SaaS or software company, ideally in a product-based or revenue-driven business.Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; high proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems.
