You'll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain advanced HVAC systems while working with a team that values transparency, technical growth, and a healthy work-life culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, VRF/VRV systems, furnaces, boilers, and air conditioning unitsPerform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and system performance checksWork with high-efficiency heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial environmentsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues accurately and efficientlyCommunicate clearly with clients about repairs, options, maintenance recommendations, and system performanceMaintain accurate service records, reports, and documentationEnsure all work meets local codes, safety requirements,
