Canada Post is looking for Letter Carriers (Delivery Agents) to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta on a temporary, on-call basis. With 36 vacancies available, this is an opportunity to join one of Canada's most recognizable national institutions.

Responsibilities:

- Sort and prepare mail and parcels at the depot each morning
- Load and drive a Canada Post postal vehicle along assigned routes
- Deliver mail and packages by foot or by vehicle to residential and business customers
- Return to the depot to unload incoming mail and packages for later delivery
- Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions throughout the year
- Represent Canada Post professionally in the community

Requirements:

- Valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence with a safe driving record for at least 3 years (driver's abstract required)
- Physical ability to lift mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg (50 lb) and carry items weighing up to 15.9 kg (35 lb)

- Experience making deliveries or working as a driver (asset)
