Bridlewood Mechanical is hiring!

We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Gravenhurst, Ontario .

The ideal candidate will hold a G2 Gas Technician certification and 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license , have strong residential installation experience, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment

Complete gas, refrigeration, electrical, and ventilation connections

Be able to service and diagnose equipment

Perform equipment start-ups, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Ensure all installations meet applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions regarding their new equipment

Complete required installation paperwork and job documentation

Work independently while being part of a supportive team

What We're Looking For

G2 Gas Technician certification – required





313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license – required

Residential HVAC installation experience

Strong understanding of gas, refrigeration, and HVAC systems

Ability to read equipment specifications and installation manuals

Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract – required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Professional attitude and excellent customer-service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
