Key Responsibilities:
• Install dies according to work order specifications
• Assist in modifying existing procedures and creating new standards




• Set up molding machines and ancillary equipment
• Document process parameters to ensure consistency
• Conduct mold changes and handle materials responsibly

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of mold making concepts and practices
• Experience in fast-paced, high-change environments
• Strong attention to detail and self-starter attitude
• Capable of reading and writing in English
