Join Associated Engineering as a Senior Organizational Change Management Lead! This role is integral to fostering a change-ready culture and guiding employees through significant transformations.

You will develop change management strategies that enhance communication and readiness for enterprise-wide changes. Collaborating closely with Digital Services and People & Culture, you will facilitate the successful adoption of current operating models, technologies, and processes. Your expertise will be crucial in coaching leaders and project teams as they navigate change.

Key Responsibilities:
• Craft OCM plans, templates, and playbooks for change initiatives
• Analyze stakeholder impacts and readiness gaps effectively
• Guide project teams and change networks through transitions




• Measure and report on adoption risks and readiness levels
• Coordinate external OCM resources for initiatives as needed

Requirements:
• 7+ years in change management or related fields
• Relevant degree in Organizational Development or similar
• Experience with enterprise change processes and assessments
• Certification in Prosci or equivalent change management training preferred
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and communications planning
