Lead the integration of advanced communication technology in a strategic role as the Manager of Link Layer Integration, Verification & Validation. This position focuses on communication networks, system integration, and operational readiness.

As the Manager, Link Layer Integration, you will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of system testing activities. Your leadership will ensure that communication link systems meet stringent requirements and performance objectives. Collaborate with teams across Engineering and Operations while managing a focused Verification & Validation team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own V&V; strategy for communication link systems
• Lead end-to-end system integration and testing efforts




• Develop verification plans and test procedures
• Ensure traceability between requirements and testing
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 8–12 years in complex communications systems
• Minimum 3 years in technical leadership capacity
• Proven experience in system integration and V&V;
• Robust knowledge of networking and communication protocols
