Thisis an on-site internship with an anticipated start date inMay.Ideally,you’llbe available for a 4- to 8-monthterm.

Salariesstarting from $3,350 per month (based on your year inschool and previous experience).

Temporaryliving allowance forinterns moving to the area for the role.

What You’ll Do

Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace and learn how a modern sawmill operates.

Explore production processes and discover how teams work together to safely produce quality wood products.

Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and production performance.

Analyze data and observations to identify opportunities for improvement across mill operations.

Work alongside experienced operations professionals while building leadership, analytical,



and problem-solving skills.

What You Offer

You are working toward a degree or diploma in Wood Products Processing, Business, Operations Management, Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Supply Chain, or another industry-related program.

You are committed tomaintaininga secure work environment without compromise.

You are curious, hands-on, and interested in learning how a manufacturing operation works.

You communicate clearly and enjoy working with employees across different teams and departments.

You are comfortable reviewing information, asking questions, and helping solve problems.

You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
