CGIC is looking for an experienced Claims Representative II, based in a hybrid mode requiring two days in the office. Bring your expertise in P&C; liability claims or related fields to this role, where you will investigate and resolve intricate automobile claims. Your collaboration with clients, physicians, and treatment providers will ensure effective case management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and negotiate complex automobile Accident Benefit claims
• Collaborate with various stakeholders for case management plans
• Manage files in defense litigation and ADR




• Provide technical support and training to the claims team
• Deliver exceptional client service aligned with industry standards

Requirements:
• 3+ years in P&C; liability claims handling or related experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Open to pursuing CIP or Medical Rehabilitation designation
• Understanding of accident benefits insurance coverage is an asset
• Provincial adjuster license may be required
