Key Responsibilities Lead the definition, planning, and execution of critical strategic projects and programs.
Develop strategic roadmaps and project plans, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively for strategic initiatives.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues that could impact strategic project success.

Requirements A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant focus on strategic initiatives or business transformation.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, high-stakes projects with significant business impact.
Strong understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and organizational change management.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in strategic planning tools and project management software.
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; PMP or similar certification is highly advantageous.
