As a Senior Consultant specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for NowAssist within ServiceNow, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of intelligent automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s AI and machine learning capabilities. You will collaborate with clients to solve complex business challenges, drive digital transformation,



and deliver measurable value through AI‑powered workflows and virtual agents.About the teamLead ServiceNow NowAssist AI engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment.Architect and implement AI‑driven solutions such as virtual agents, predictive intelligence, and automation workflows within ServiceNow.Advise clients on best practices for integrating NowAssist features to optimize business processes and enhance user experiences.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (business analysts, developers, project managers) to deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow AI projects.Develop and deliver technical documentation, solution presentations, and training for clients and internal stakeholders.Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, AI trends, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow NowAssist AI functionalities.Mentor junior consultants and support business‑development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
