Western Modular Homes is a growing modular home manufacturer based in Nisku, Alberta. We build high-quality residential homes in a controlled manufacturing facility setting and are looking to add a dependable, hardworking Skilled Labourer to our production team.This is a hands‑on position for someone who understands the realities of construction work and is willing to do whatever is needed to keep projects moving. The successful candidate must be comfortable with a wide variety of physical labour tasks both inside and outside the facility.What You’ll Be DoingAssisting with various stages of modular home constructionGeneral labour duties around the manufacturing facility and yardSnow removal, site cleanup, garbage removal, and maintaining organized work areasSetting up temporary heaters and assisting with winter work conditionsAssisting with moving, loading, and preparing modular homes for transportMaterial handling and shop organizationLoading, unloading, and receiving construction materialsOperating forklifts and zoom booms (if qualified)Back framing, blocking, hoarding, and general carpentry supportAssisting carpenters, supervisors,
