This is a newly identified and more urgent need, driven by upcoming and active projects. Our client is seeking a capable, hands-on Superintendent who can lead sites confidently and work closely with Project Managers to deliver high-quality projects.This role is well suited to an experienced Superintendent who thrives in dynamic environments and can operate with professionalism and finesse on complex or occupied sites.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations from start through completionProjects: 50% Stip-Sum, and then the other half fluctuates with CM and Design BuildCoordinate trades, schedules, inspections, and site logisticsEnsure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedulesWork closely with Project Managers to align site execution with project goalsCommunicate clearly with trades, consultants, and internal teamsMaintain organized, professional,
