About the Role Our client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing FMCG team in Kimberley . This field-based role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, driving sales of their product portfolio, and ensuring optimal product placement and visibility on shelves. You will be a key player in expanding market share within the Northern Cape region. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual to develop their sales career in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
Key Responsibilities Generate current business and grow existing accounts within an assigned sales territory.
Promote and sell the company's FMCG product range to retail outlets, wholesalers, and other relevant customers.
Ensure products are well-represented on shelves, maintaining stock levels and adhering to merchandising standards.
Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.




Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and customer feedback, reporting back to management.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
