In this role, you will be responsible for a comprehensive approach to communicable disease management, focusing on case follow-ups and community health evaluations. This includes collaborating with healthcare teams and promoting healthy behaviors in various settings. Your role will significantly influence public health strategies through data reporting and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement strategies for communicable disease follow-up
• Deliver health services related to immunizations and disease prevention




• Foster collaborations with community members and agencies
• Document health observations and prepare reports
• Engage in mentoring new nursing professionals

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse status with BCCNM
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with public health focus
• Minimum one year of related nursing experience
• Valid driver's license in BC
• Robust understanding of health promotion principles
