About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join their remote team, serving clients across South Africa. This role focuses on analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing client business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will leverage methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to drive significant operational enhancements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to implement sustainable process changes in complex organizational settings.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN to design optimized processes.
Develop detailed process maps, implement new workflows, and manage the transition to improved operational models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of process changes.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and measure impact.




Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill client teams in recent process methodologies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in business process management, operational consulting, or continuous improvement roles.
Certified Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and change management skills.
