Shared Health in Winnipeg is seeking a PACT Service Coordinator for the Adult Mental Health Program. You will assess, plan, develop and coordinate treatment, rehabilitation and support services for program participants under clinical supervision, contributing to recovery and psychosocial rehabilitation.
This term position is 1.0 FTE with days, evenings, weekends and standby coverage as required; in-person work is required.
