As a District Supervisor, you will supervise municipal staff and contractors, manage winter control operations like snow plowing and removal, and oversee road repairs within your geographic district. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead snow removal and de-icing for safe roads
• Oversee road repairs and ensure MMS compliance
• Coordinate drainage and sidewalk maintenance tasks




• Manage staff performance and conduct appraisals
• Collaborate with municipal stakeholders for effective operations

Requirements:
• OSSD or equivalent educational background
• Minimum three years in road operations or maintenance
• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment
• Valid class “G” Driver’s Licence with clean abstract
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
