Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee painting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate crews, manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee commercial painting projects

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and management

Resolve any issues that arise during projects





Supervise and motivate crew members

Qualifications:

Combination of education and experience in project management within the painting or construction industry

Robust leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and client management skills

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of safety regulations and standards

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
