CIBC in Toronto is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Investor Services Inc. team. You will be the first point of contact for ISI clients, using your interpersonal skills to assess needs and provide timely resolutions.
Training is provided with about 4 weeks onsite in downtown Toronto, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday. The role offers versatile work arrangements discussed at interview and aims to deliver exceptional client experiences.
