This role serves as a vital business partnership between finance and operations. As a Senior Operations FP&A; Analyst, you will actively support manufacturing and supply chain leaders, translating performance data into strategic financial insights. Your contributions will empower smarter decision-making and drive efficiency for cost optimization and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes
• Own forecasting cycles and deliver accurate variance analysis
• Analyze manufacturing performance impacts on COGS and inventory




• Develop and track KPIs for efficiency and quality improvements
• Present data-driven insights to senior leadership teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years in FP&A; or operations finance, preferably manufacturing
• Expertise in cost accounting and financial modeling
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Power BI or Tableau
• Solid communication skills for stakeholder engagement
