In this position, you will be responsible for initial client triage, documentation of systems, and onsite support. Successful candidates should possess a solid background in IT support, enjoy learning, and excel in client interactions. The ideal technician will also have experience working independently and resolving service issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• 3 years of IT support experience or education
• 2 years in customer service settings
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365
• Clean Class 5 Driver's license with driving experience
• Successful Criminal Background Check is mandatory
