In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with various teams, utilizing your skills in financial analysis, cost accounting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights from operational data, developing financial models, and communicating trends clearly to stakeholders. Your efforts will help drive the business forward while ensuring accuracy in financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support financial analysis for Manufacturing Finance and Supply Chain teams
• Turn complex data into understandable insights for decision-making




• Conduct month-end variance analysis and operational performance reviews
• Analyze inventory performance and reduce inefficiencies
• Facilitate monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing Finance or FP&A; roles
• Solid experience in financial modeling and variance analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial dashboarding
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics simply
