In this essential role, you will report to the Director of Care at the dynamic Cheltenham Community. Duties include delivering excellent nursing services, overseeing resident care plans, and creating a welcoming workplace through teamwork. Experience in Geriatrics or Rehabilitation is a plus, as you will support a diverse team dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per established policies and resident care plans
• Deliver excellent personal and nursing support to residents
• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit




• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care
• Conduct ongoing assessments for residents' needs

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatrics or senior health is preferred
• Ability to identify risks and ensure positive team dynamics
• Completion of Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Checks
• Commitment to inclusive care and diverse environments
