Purpose
The Manager, UHNW Business Intelligence and Reporting supports the Senior UHNW Business Manager, Advanced Planning & Services, by managing and maintaining Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) data aggregation, data analytics, reporting, and business tools, including Salesforce, Power BI, PowerPoint reporting activities. The role delivers actionable insights, drives process improvement, and ensures data integrity, transparency, and consistency across UHNW reporting environments.
The role contributes to UHNW central reporting led by Advanced Planning & Services (APS).



It also supports the development of Scotia Global Intelligence (SGI) data aggregation in collaboration with Advanced Planning & Services. The role focuses on execution, SGI data aggregation, UHNW data analysis and reporting support, data quality, process discipline, and stakeholder coordination rather than enterprise strategy ownership.
The incumbent also collaborates with other internal stakeholders, including Analytics team, Technology team, and other Wealth Management partners.
The role reports directly to the Senior UHNW Business Manager, Advanced Planning & Services.
Accountabilities
Manage and Maintain Data Analytics and Business Reporting by:
Maintaining centralized tracking and reporting for UHNW APS and SGI activity, results, and key business performance metrics.
Support preparation of dashboards, scorecards, PowerPoint materials, and management reports using Salesforce,
