Hospice Kingston is seeking a full-time Personal Support Worker to enhance patient care in its ten-bed facility. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for quality care. Your experience in hospice palliative care will be vital in providing comfort and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care based on individual preferences
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming tasks




• Administer topical creams and dressings as required
• Support patients during bathroom visits with dignity
• Facilitate patient movement in alignment with care plans

Requirements:
• Diploma from an accredited PSW program
• 2+ years experience in hospice or long-term care
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
• Palliative Care Certificate or willingness to acquire
• Experience in pain assessment and working within a team
