In the role of Client Services Clerk, you will deliver frontline support, managing inquiries and advocating for clients during the application process. You’ll work collaboratively with Historical Researchers and maintain precise records through data entry. This position is ideal for someone with experience in customer service and a passion for Indigenous issues and research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly
• Act as an advocate, offering referrals and application assistance
• Open and manage service tickets, documenting necessary details
• Conduct quality assurance for data integrity
• Handle office tasks, including mail processing and correspondence
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of client service or administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Understanding of Indigenous history and sensitivity to related issues
• Proficient in data entry and use of office software
• Detail-oriented approach for effective documentation
