AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a PSW Coordinator who will plan, direct and coordinate resident personal care services in alignment with AgeCare’s mission. This role reports to the Director of Care and supports PSWs through mentoring and education to provide high-quality care.
Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding PSWs, conducting leadership rounds and audits, and ensuring compliance with care plans and policies. A PSW credential and LTC experience are required.
