Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective regional sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify and develop new market opportunities within the Northern Cape.
