About the Role Our client, a distinguished recruitment consultancy, is looking for a strategic Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with key clients in Kimberley and surrounding regions. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction, driving repeat business, and identifying opportunities for service expansion. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their evolving talent needs and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service and strategic workforce solutions. This hybrid position allows for client engagement and office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their current and future talent requirements.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment services to expand client engagement.
Collaborate closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless service provision and candidate quality.




Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, acting as a client advocate internally.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the broader talent market.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing client-facing activities with internal collaboration.
