Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs.
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention.

Ensure compliance with all relevant South African labor laws and regulations.

Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
