This role keeps the flow of materials moving safely, accurately, and on time, supporting everything from production to customer delivery. Every item handled in the warehouse directly contributes to the quality and reliability of the products we deliver. When this role is done well, production lines stay supplied, inventory stays accurate, and customers receive what they need without delay. It strengthens trust across teams and upholds the standards our operations depend on. As Warehouse Associate , you’ll play a hands‑on role in receiving, storing, and distributing materials that keep our packaging operations running smoothly. You’ll help ensure accuracy in inventory, support safe handling practices, and contribute to a well‑organized, efficient warehouse environment where safety is a shared responsibility and a priority in every task.

Your Impact

Inbound & Outbound Material Handling: Unload and load trucks, verify materials against weigh bills, and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.

Inventory Accuracy & Storage Control: Inspect received materials, record damages or shortages, obtain carrier signatures, and store QA‑released components in designated rack locations.

SAP & Shipping Coordination: Load outgoing materials and finished goods, update shipping transactions in SAP, and prepare all required shipping documents or transfers.

Order Fulfilment & Distribution: Pick and prepare orders based on daily production or customer requirements and ensure timely delivery to packaging lines and production areas.

Material Movement & Line Support: Transport materials to and from storage areas,



supply packaging lines, and remove finished goods from production lines as required.

Equipment & Safety Compliance: Maintain daily safety checklists for lift equipment and ensure safe operation of forklifts and material handling tools.

Cleanliness & Organization: Complete all required clean‑up activities to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Quality & Compliance Adherence: Follow all requirements of the JHG Quality Management System, Health & Safety Management System, and Environmental Management System.

Inventory Control Support: Participate in annual inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials returned to stock.

High School Diploma

1+ years of experience working in a warehouse setting operating forklift, deep‑reach, and counterbalance equipment.

Strong safety‑first mindset with a commitment to following all workplace safety policies, procedures and equipment operating guidelines, and promoting a safe work environment.

Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.

Basic competency in mathematics and ability to use computer systems (SAP experience considered an asset).

Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading and writing).

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when needed.

Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual material handling tasks safely.
