In your role as Cleaner at Homestead, you'll be tasked with the cleanliness of essential spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and fitness rooms. You will also manage residential units upon vacancy, ensuring they meet our high standards. Please note that your commitment includes weekend shifts on a biweekly basis to support our operation's ongoing cleanliness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and dust various areas effectively
• Maintain cleanliness of elevators and common lounges
• Clean tenant units, particularly kitchens and bathrooms
• Carry out snow removal during winter months
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Preferably possess prior cleaning experience
• Must be able to lift up to 20 kg
• Solid reliability and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication abilities
• Customer service orientation essential
