You will monitor trading workflows, troubleshoot incidents, and support the trade lifecycle alongside Front Office and Development teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide application support for eFX systems
• Monitor trading and pricing performance metrics
• Resolve production incidents and perform RCA
• Handle UAT, regression testing, and deployments
• Maintain support documentation and incident records

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and SQL
• Experience in application monitoring and incident management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with trading applications in fast-paced environments
• FX and eFX experience preferred
