Who: We are seeking responsible, reliable, safety-minded individuals with a minimum 2 years of driving experience with a G class driver’s licence and are interested in becoming a professional school bus drivers for the 2026/2027 school year.
What: This is a casual or part time position where drivers work an average of 3.5 to 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, following the regular school year schedule (September to June). Typical shifts are from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and again from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., depending on your assigned route and vehicle.
Rate: The hourly rate is $24.00 and individuals are paid for 3.5 hrs minimum.
Where: Operations are based out of our Hanover office at 301205 Knapville Road.
When: We are actively recruiting for the 2026/2027 school year, and training will begin soon to ensure drivers are licensed and prepared in time.

How:
Licence Upgrade: A B class licence is required to operate a school bus. Applicants must be willing to upgrade from a G licence.
Training Support:
All in-class and on-road training is provided at no cost to you.
Requirements: Applicants must provide a clean driver’s abstract, pass an MTO medical exam, and, upon hire, submit a criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
We reimburse the vulnerable sector check as well as up to $200 for the MTO medical exam.
We are currently recruiting for open runs in Durham, West Grey, Holstein, Chelsey, Hanover and Walkerton. Some locations have park out options due to distance from Hanover.
