You will play an integral role in researching and implementing strategies that align with ICC's goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and analysis in policy areas
• Develop strategic plans to support ICC's mission
• Create reports and policy recommendations
• Engage with diverse community stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and outreach efforts

Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or extensive experience
• At least 3 years in policy or project management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication abilities, both written and spoken
• Understanding of Arctic issues and Inuit rights
