This essential role involves food preparation, adherence to health standards, and meal presentation while working closely with the Culinary Manager. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals for residents, guests, and employees
• Review menus and ensure proper food preparation
• Complete temperature audits for food storage
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and prepare specialty diets
• Participate in theme meal planning and preparation

Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledgeable in therapeutic diets
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for shifts
• Willing to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
