Become the HR and Education Assistant in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC, championing diverse administrative and educational initiatives. This role supports team functions related to HR processes and UGME.

As an essential part of UBC's Department of Urologic Sciences, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing while facilitating an effective learning setting for undergraduate medical students. Your proactive approach will help maintain HR compliance and support educational programming aligned with UBC and VCH policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities effectively
• Track and update teaching hour logs accurately
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth processes




• Develop onboarding resource kits tailored for learners
• Support departmental events and reporting duties

Requirements:
• High School graduation with three years relevant experience
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Strong communication and organizational skills
