Our professional commitment is also personal.Your opportunityThe Manager, Audit & Assurance role will lead audit and review engagements and various other client service engagements. This position is also responsible to supervise and train assurance staff.Your major responsibilitiesManage and detailed review of working papers for Compilation engagements, Review Engagements andcomplex audits and ensure engagements meet established quality and professional standardsReview of all planning documents and leadership of planning meetingsAccountability for engagement completion and communicate all deadlines are met and communicatedinternally and with clientsMonitor engagement budgets, billings, recovery and address issues proactivelyReview complex personal and corporate tax returnsEnsure notes from partner review, tax review, quality control are cleared in a timely mannerPrepare cash-flows and related analysis when necessarycurrent with changes to accounting standards, auditing standards and tax regulatory requirementsObtain and maintain a robust understanding of clients businesses and respond promptly to and clientneeds; andLead and supervise team members, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.What we look forCompletion of CPA designation6 years of progressive experience in a public accounting practice focused in Audit and AssuranceIFRS experienceExperience managing team members and reviewing files start to completionExpert knowledge in Caseware/Caseview,
