Be a key player in operations at Upper Canada Mall as a Building Operator. This position emphasizes HVAC management, customer service, and overall equipment maintenance to meet tenant needs.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Building Operator with a customer service mindset. Your role will consist of daily operations oversight, including HVAC systems and tenant relations. You will ensure efficient building performance while liaising with external contractors and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and operate HVAC systems for efficiency
• Manage water treatment and conduct necessary tests
• Perform preventative maintenance on all building equipment
• Address tenant requests logged via 310-MAXX




• Coordinate with service providers and review work compliance

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of mechanical building operations experience
• Building Environmental Systems Certification Class I required
• Robust knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems
• Must be able to lift 25lbs and safely use ladders
• Willing to work in 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends
