This full-time position, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, requires a cooperative individual with expertise in surveys and focus groups. As the Specialist, you will facilitate data collection with diverse stakeholders, transforming findings into actionable products. Your role will enhance user relevance and drive systemic impact through strategic knowledge dissemination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate surveys and focus groups
• Translate data into clear, coherent themes
• Design impactful knowledge products in various formats
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and project lifecycles
• Manage dissemination through newsletters and social media
Requirements:
• Relevant degree; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years in knowledge mobilization or community research
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools
