Become an integral part of the Nee Tahi Buhn First Nation as a Maintenance Worker. Maintain community infrastructure while enjoying a supportive, community-focused work workplace.

We’re hiring two dependable Maintenance Workers to join our Operations and Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist in the upkeep of community housing, roads, and essential public facilities. Your problem-solving skills and physical capabilities will be crucial to ensure the community remains safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair community buildings and infrastructure
• Operate maintenance equipment effectively
• Conduct site inspections to identify repair needs
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance
• Respond to emergencies as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of maintenance or public works experience
• Class 5 Driver's License required
• Physically able to work outdoors in various weather
• Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting
• Indigenous organization experience preferred
