The bigger picture
We're looking for a friendly, member-focused person to come on board as our permanent full-time Receptionist at our Yorkton branch.

As the first point of contact for our members, you will greet and direct visitors to the credit union, respond to member inquiries, identify member needs and make quality referrals and provide non-cash member services. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the branch, and participate in various aspects of retail branch operations.

How you'll be spending your time

Providing a high level of member service focusing on the efficient delivery of services to our members

Proactively uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

Scheduling appointments in retail staff calendars and providing administrative support as necessary





Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry

High School Diploma

A minimum of one year of financial industry experience

Experience in providing customer service

Prior sales experience is considered an asset

Salary range
$47,146 - $58,934 annually
