Advance worker safety at Agnico Eagle as a Health and Safety Project Coordinator. This temporary role focuses on compliance and risk assessment during construction phases of mining projects.

You will report to the Superintendent of H&S; Construction and play a pivotal role for at least 5 years in industrial construction management. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential for training site teams and promoting a safety culture. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safety measures and action plans for construction sites
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Facilitate communication among construction teams and stakeholders




• Analyze safety trends to support continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation of safety practices

Requirements:
• Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years construction safety experience
• Robust stakeholder communication and interactions
• Capability to promote training and safety awareness
• Willing to travel to project sites
