Team Lead – Receiving Inspection We are seeking an experienced CMM /Receiving InspectionInspector with a strong background in dimensional inspection and incoming material verification. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands‑on experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and performing receiving inspection activities, along withproficiencyin PC-DMIS andPolyWorks.
This role is critical in ensuring all incoming materials and manufactured components meet engineering and quality requirements.

Responsibilities Perform receiving inspection of incoming materials, components, and parts
Conduct dimensional inspections using CMM equipment on complex components
Develop,modify,and execute inspection programs using PC-DMIS and/orPolyWorks
Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)submittedby suppliers using Net-Inspect
Review and verify supplier documentation and certifications
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirements
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections asrequired
Identifyand document non-conforming materials and support disposition activities
Analyze inspection data and trends toidentifyquality issues and improvements
Prepare clear, detailed inspection reports and technical documentation
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
Ensure inspection tools and CMM equipment are calibrated and maintained
Work closely with suppliers, engineering, and internal quality teams
Qualifications Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experiencein CMM inspection and/or receiving inspection
Solid understanding ofGD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
Knowledge of incoming inspection processes and supplier quality requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficiencyin data analysis and technical report writing
Good communicationskills and ability to work independently
Current work authorization for Canada isrequiredfor all openings.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing environments (aerospace, or precision machining)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems
Certification in metrology or quality inspection (ASQ or equivalent)
Experience with ERP systems for inspection documentation
Experience usingNet-Inspect or similar FAIR management systems
Experience Solid experience usingPC-DMIS andPoly
