We are looking to fill an open vacancy for an experienced Legal Assistant in Commercial Real Estate, who will contribute to the overall excellent level of service provided to our clients.ResponsibilitiesManaging administrative needs of two busy partners practicesManage duties related to billing and accountingOrganizing files and keeping all electronic and physical filing up to dateManage duties related to LSO requirements, including in connection with file opening, client verification, entering and tracking CPD hoursSome assistance with preparation and completion of documentation for commercial real estate purchase, sale and mortgage transactionsReview title and off title searches, draft title memorandaPrepare reporting letters and statements of accountHandle off title enquiry letters and off-title enquiry chartsPrepare drafts of requisition letters based upon title search resultsAssist with other projects, financing and development work,
