About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Client Growth, a pivotal role that focuses on the strategic management of client relationships to ensure long-term success and loyalty. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of client retention and renewal strategies, with a strong emphasis on protecting and growing existing business. This includes overseeing the governance framework for the Clients for Life program,



renewal planning, and providing executive leadership for high-value client relationships. The role also involves driving organic growth by identifying opportunities to expand services within client accounts and fostering a culture of proactive account management.

Applicants for the Vice President, Client Growth position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA considered an asset, and at least 15 years' of experience in business development, account management, or commercial leadership. A proven track record in managing complex B2B relationships and large client portfolios is essential, as is a strong background in strategic account planning, negotiation, and organic growth strategies. The role requires advanced financial literacy, proficiency in CRM platforms, and exceptional communication and influencing skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead through ambiguity, collaborate across functions, and drive results in a complex, matrixed organization. Experience in a service industry, particularly in food services or facilities management, is an asset, and bilingualism in English and French is strongly preferred.
