Johnson Electric in Ancaster, ON is seeking a Launch Manager to lead recent product launches from concept to production start-up. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to meet schedules and customer requirements.

You’ll drive capital equipment deployment, machining and assembly improvements, and APQP/PPAP/IATF 16949 compliance, while tracking costs, risks and ramp-up milestones.
