The job involves:

- Serving food and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) to guests at scheduled events
- Bussing of assigned table areas
- Setting up service for coffee breaks, meals or bar service for meetings
- Assisting with clean up and tear down upon completion of events
- Communicating with the banquet captains
- Following specific instructions and directions
- Standing and walking for long hours
- Lifting 10 lbs on a regular basis with a maximum up to 25 lbs
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Working independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage setting
- Smart Serve certification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
