For the 2026-27 school year, we seek a dedicated contractor for grades 6-9, offering flexible hours between 10-20 per week. This position is pivotal in providing behavioral and academic interventions tailored to each student's journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address behavioral and academic needs of students
• Foster positive study habits and life skills
• Customize learning based on each student's style
• Collaborate with parents and Case Managers for learning success
• Help achieve IEP goals as part of the support team

Requirements:
• Experience in education or behavior intervention roles
• Certification as Educational Assistant is a plus
• Commitment to KCCS foundational beliefs
• Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools
